Why this part
Aluminium spacers conduct heat almost as freely as no spacer at all — the engineering thermoplastic used here is selected precisely because it resists that transfer. On a forced-induction LS running hard on track, keeping induction temperatures consistent across sessions matters more than a one-off dyno number. At $299 for the pair, it's one of the cheaper ways to protect the gains you've already paid for.
